About Me

Hello, I am Helen and thank you for visiting my website. I am here to help you or your child get the most out of education and to become a confident, independent learner.
I am a qualified teacher and have been working in education for 13 years. During that time, I have worked with pupils between the ages of four and seventeen.
Throughout my time in education, I have held various roles including being: a 1:1 Special Needs Welfare Practitioner within both primary and secondary schools; a Supply Teaching Assistant; a Primary School Teacher; and a Cover Supervisor within a secondary school. More recently, I have been a Primary School Supply Teacher and a Personal Tutor.
I look forward to getting the best out of all of my students by helping them to be successful, confident and happy individuals. If you have any questions, please get in touch using the 'Contact Me' form at the bottom of the page or web chat icon and I will answer them.
Many thanks,
Helen.

What I Offer
I provide personalised learning and targeted tuition to support all students.
I specialised in Primary and Secondary schools supporting students with special educational needs, who may have specific difficulties. I have worked with pupils with dyslexia, global delay, ADHD and ASD.
I can remedy gaps in learning, which for many students was made worse by COVID-19 lockdowns.
I can support home educated pupils during the day.
